At SIHA Bag Factory, we’ve designed a smooth and professional ordering process to ensure you get the right bag, in the right quantity, at the right time. Whether you’re ordering for a restaurant chain, NGO, courier service, or corporate event — we make it easy.

Our 4-Step Order Process

Step 1: Submit Your Requirements

Tell us what type of bag you need, the quantity, preferred materials, size, color, and if you need custom branding (logo print/embroidery). You can fill out our contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp.

You’ll need to provide:

• Bag Type (Backpack, delivery,school Bag, laptop Bag Etc).
• Quantity.
• Customization details (logo, color, size).
• Delivery location.

Step 2: Sample Confirmation

We will prepare a digital design preview or send you a sample photo of your customized bag. For bulk orders, a physical sample may be arranged (on request and subject to terms).

You can:

• Approve design.
• Request minor revisions.
• Confirm material & finishing.

Step 3: Quotation & Order Confirmation

Once you approve the sample, we’ll share a formal quotation with total cost, delivery timeline, and payment details. After confirming and paying the initial advance (typically 50%), we begin production.

Step 4: Production & Delivery

We manufacture your bags at our facility in Dhaka and conduct quality checks before dispatch. Delivery is made via courier, truck, or your preferred transport service. .

Standard production time:

7–15 working days (depending on quantity and customization).
